First grade is a great during the holidays. Why? Because it's gingerbread house making time, not to mention the holiday party and the last day of school before Christmas break!
Mark had an opportunity to accompany Ai and I this time. Mia was so pleased to see her daddy! Mark didn't realize what a big deal it was to attend these sort of school functions. He was amazed at how about 60% of the parents were in attendance and he made a comment on how he would like to be at more of them in the future. What a dad!
Mia made a beautiful gingerbread house...
And recieved a letter from Santa's Elf!
The class parties were next. Below is Leilani with an eaten plate of goodies playing M&M bingo. What a great time!
